We are a small, family-run holiday accommodation based at Kastelakia 15, Parga 480 60, Epirus, Greece.

What we collect
- When you contact us (through the enquiry form, email, phone or WhatsApp): your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), your stay details such as dates, number of guests and the home you’re interested in, and anything you write in your message.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your data, and why
- To reply to your enquiry, answer your questions and help arrange your stay. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a booking (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in running and responding to our guests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To keep the website secure and functioning (legitimate interest).
We do not use your details for advertising, we do not sell your data, and we don’t send marketing emails.
Cookies & third-party services
Our own website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. However, a few trusted services help the site run, and they may receive limited data (such as your IP address):
- Netlify — hosts the website and processes enquiry-form submissions on our behalf.
- Google Maps — the map on our Contact page is embedded from Google, which may set cookies and receive your IP address when the map loads.
- Google Fonts — our fonts are served by Google, which may receive your IP address.
If you book through Booking.com, that booking is also covered by Booking.com’s own privacy policy.
Who we share it with
We only share your information as far as needed to reply to you and manage your stay — for example, with the hosting and form provider above. We never sell your personal data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages and booking-related details only for as long as needed to answer you and manage any resulting stay, and then delete them within a reasonable period.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to request a copy of your data. To exercise any of these, just email contact@naturaparga.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
